After a 24–48h hand-preparation ritual in Spain, tracked UPS shipping is free worldwide. Delivery takes 24h within Spain, 48–72h across Europe, and 5–8 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
To ensure complete peace of mind, standard orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modifications are gladly accepted before our dedicated hand-preparation ritual begins in Spain, but cancellations are not possible once an order is in preparation or contains a presale item. However, provided the items are eligible for return, you can absolutely request a standard return within 14 days of delivery.
How are customs handled?
Local authorities determine customs duties outside the EU, and they are handled independently by the client upon arrival. For international returns, please note that any incurred customs fees or tariffs will be deducted directly from your final refund.
