Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you love your order. However, if something is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 where applicable.To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@archivioatti.com and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions.Items must be returned without undue delay and in accordance with the return conditions set out below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags, packaging, hygiene seals and accessories, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, wear, washing, alteration, missing tags, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents it from being resold as new, where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For eligible withdrawals or returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item, or from the date you provide proof that the item has been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, except where required by law:

personalised or made-to-order items; swimwear, bikinis or hygiene-sensitive items where the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been used; items damaged through misuse, wear, washing or alteration by the customer; and items purchased through third-party retailers, which must be returned according to the retailer’s own policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@archivioatti.com

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before preparation begins.

Once an order has entered preparation, production, fulfilment or has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

International Returns and Customs Duties

For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or related charges.

If any such charges arise in connection with a return, they may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Refusal of Delivery Due to Customs Duties

Refusing delivery due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes or import charges is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, customs duties, taxes and handling fees, from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
