All orders are shipped from Spain with UPS and full tracking.

Shipping is complimentary on every order.

Customs

Outside the European Union, Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the customer upon import, if applicable.

Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Any request to change the shipping address must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, if the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued. The order will be reshipped once it has been returned to our facilities.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive your UPS tracking number by email.
